The Artists Studio

The Artist Studio is a luxurious stand alone 1 Bedroom apartment built adjacent to my art studio. It's wonderfully located close to Melbourne's art precinct, the Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre (MSAC), South Melbourne Market, Albert Park Lake, the city & public transport. It's modern, light & airy & furnished in a contemporary style with stacks of art plus a comfy bed & fittings. It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The space The apartment opens to a spacious, welcoming entrance lobby which leads to the main living area (kitchen, dining & lounge) which is fitted out with European appliances along with heating and Airconditioning. The bedroom has a very comfortable Queen size double bed, wardrobe, heating and Airconditioning plus a gorgeous ensuite bathroom and separate toilet. We have just added a Meile equipped laundry closet with iron and ironing board, clothes rack and sink. Guest access Guests have complete access to all aspects of The Artists Studio apartment as it is a stand-alone premises. Other things to note Because of the size of the apartment we have a 2 person max rule with no toddlers or children under 5 years of age.
