Ben's Hut

Set on a working sheep farm, Ben’s Hut offers a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format --- we charge an additional £10 per night for the bunk, this is added automatically when you book for 3 people. There is a shower room and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Fully insulated with central heating the hut is cosy warm at any time of year. Nearby:- Beamish Museum (a must see!!), Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Mining Museum, Metro Centre. The space This is a shepherd's hut, with central heating and a bathroom, on a real sheep farm !!! Guest access You will have the use of the whole hut ----- double glazed, insulated, curtains on all the windows and doors. Other things to note We allow pets within reason (small to middling sized dogs, and cats), but ask that they not be allowed on the beds, and that they are not left 'home alone' ---- this is mainly out of respect for future guests.
