We also provide a Guest Cleaning Care Tray stocked with things like dishwashing liquid, Spray & Wipe amongst others. For the safety of our guests we do not provide cooking extras like olive oil for prevention of contamination reasons. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed; Coles, Woolworths and IGA have supermarkets within easy walking distance nearby. Payments – Airbnb looks after payments, and takes full payment upfront on booking (they do not do deposit or part payment). We do not get paid until after guest’s arrival. Security Deposit/Damage Deposit - In the past we have had an Airbnb guest cause over $10,000 damage in one of our apartments, not including the cost of the time to fix the apartment, or the time in handling this. As a result, like hotels, we charge a security deposit of $500 for 2 bedroom apartments, and $750 for 3 bedroom apartments. Apartments are checked by our housekeeping team after departure, and security deposit refunds are initiated on the day after check out. 98% of guests get their full security deposit back. Please be aware that all professional hosts in Surfers Paradise also charge a security deposit. Contact Information – Airbnb blocks contact information eg telephone numbers and email address until guest has confirmed the booking. After booking, guest may message us their email address so we can send further details for the booking eg check-in instructions. Unlimited WIFI is included at no charge. Private numbered allocated parking is included at no charge (depending on the number of carparks associated with the particular apartment). Maximum vehicle height is 2.2 meters. Buses, tall vehicles, trailers, caravans, boats or any vehicle taller than 2.2 meters cannot access onsite parking. If travelling with any of these vehicles, guest may ask us for assistance. Taller vehicles must use public areas/paid parking. This apartment includes 1x complimentary car space. If you have extra vehicles, there is a paid Secure Parking commercial parking next to Woolworths in the Circle on Cavill complex, or may use the Council parking station two or three blocks away, these are on a pay per use basis. Infants - We do not charge for infants using existing bedding or portacot/linen/towel that guests brings with them. By selecting infant(s) in number of guests, no further bedding or portacot will be added unless guest requested. Portacot is available for $66 including linen and towel if requested. This covers for full stay. Portacot can be requested after booking – Guest needs to request as soon as possible after confirming the booking so we can send alteration request. Extras - We provide extras such as rollaway beds (max of 2 rollaway beds), baby highchair, late check-in and late check-out, etc. These extras should be requested as soon as possible after confirming the booking.
