A tidy residential area close to beach, suits couples/solo traveller/business. (1-2 guests max). 400m beach, 250m RSA, supermarket, gas station, P.O., local cafes and restaurants, inc Fife Lane. ATM's, bikes, pharmacy, t/aways, laundromat. HANDY BLAKE PARK, BAY OVAL (short walk), Mount/Omanu GOLF, Tauranga AIRPORT. 5 mins drive (2.5 k’s)/30 min flat walk along Maunganui Rd to main shops/restaurant/Pilot Bay or approx 45 mins walk via the beautiful beach. Perfect base for Rotorua & Hobbiton. The space - The BNB is totally private, with a locked door separating it from the rest of our home, and is on the lower level of the house. The entire space has been recently renovated. So sorry, but accom not suitable for young children. - BEDROOM - Queen bed, excellent quality linen, bedside lights and small fans for summer, heater for winter. Double wardrobe. - BATHROOM - Modern, new and sparkling with large walk-in shower. Shower gel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a great hairdryer. Towels etc. - LOUNGE/equipped KITCHENETTE with Smart TV with SKY ( incl SPORTS CHANNEL and MOVIES), NETFLIX is accessible with your own access code. - Toaster, kettle, microwave, small fridge, iron and board, fans/air con for summer, heat pump for winter. Tea selections, coffee, hot choc, sugar and milk, coffee plunger are supplied. (PLEASE NOTE - NOT A FULL KITCHEN, NO OVEN OR COOKTOP) - Cereal, yoghurt, juice ☕️ are INCLUDED in nightly fee if you wish, for you to enjoy in your own room and in your own time. (GF, DF, SF options can be made available - please request) - Tap water is safe to drink. - unlimited WiFi Guest access Key for access through the ranchslider so you can come and go independently. There is an off-road carpark outside your door which will fit a small-medium sized car. Larger vehicles are able to park out on the roadside, or outside our garage if only in for one night. Other things to note - There is no oven or cooktop, we have a kitchenette with a small fridge and microwave, NOT a full kitchen for cooking. - There are no laundry facilities available, however drying rack can be provided here for you. Although there are no animals currently living here, we occasionally have a visiting small-sized “Granddog” on-site. - Entire property, inside and outside, is smoke-free and vape-free. - Beach towels, sun umbrella, boogie boards and beach/sport spectator chairs available if required.
