Family cottage in North Norfolk

Mill Cottage is a wonderful home, set in the village of Letheringsett. It is 1 mi from Holt and 4.3 mi to the nearest beach. Sitting next to the Letheringsett Mill, with its shop selling local produce, the house sleeps 6. It is tastefully decorated with a a mixture of modern and traditional decor. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility and dining area through to a comfortable sitting room. Outside features a landscaped garden dining area. Separately there is a gym and sauna. The space The house is accessed from the drive into a well appointed kitchen which has all the mods cons one might expect including Nespresso coffee machine. There is an adjacent breakfast and utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Moving through there is the master bedroom with newly fitted shower room adjacent. The bedroom has access to a small patio garden which is lovely for sitting out in the afternoon sunshine. Next we have the dining and sitting room area. there is a dining table for six, a lounge area with comfortable sofas and foot stools and most importantly a wood burning stove. The house has a large TV in the sitting room with all the apps for modern TV watching, there is also a DVD and book library and a selection of kids toys for use. Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double with a shared family bathroom. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bathroom has a bath with shower. Outside, via some steps is the fantastic garden which is sunny and private. There is a large lawn, which is great for the kids to play out on or just to enjoy. There is a shaded area under the pergola with a dining space featuring very comfortable seating. A BBQ and a fire pit is available for use. Great to sit out in the evening and enjoy into the night. The garage features a comprehensive gym with running machine, rowing machine, punch bags, free weights, sound system and infrared sauna. Access to this is by separate arrangement. Guest access Getting to the property is easiest by car and there is on site parking for two cars. Having a car will mean easy access to the beaches and other attractions that North Norfolk has to offer but you can walk to the town on Holt via the scenic and safe walking route off of Riverside Road. Also within walking distance are the Letheringsett Mill, Norfolk's only working Mill with a cafe and deli shop and they also give tours. The King's Head pub is less than five minutes walk away serving excellent food in a pretty pub. It also has a large garden where they do great BBQs. Further afield in Holt there is a good selection of shops and amenities and it is definitely worth a visit.
