Located undisturbed on a large, peaceful natural plot of 1,500 m², there is ample opportunity for both peace, presence and play in the open air. The cottage was renovated in 2020, when all the thermal windows were replaced and the entire house was painted. All beds and mattresses have been updated with comfortable Jensen mattresses and HAY bed frames in all bedrooms – for a good night's sleep in aesthetic surroundings. The main house houses a cozy living room with dining area and sofa group for 4-5 people, a well-equipped kitchen, entrance and toilet with sink. Showers are available in an adjacent shower room or in the atmospheric outdoor bath – for the full cottage experience. On the plot is a beautifully decorated annex with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), extra electric stoves, designer lamps, art and high quality furniture. The facilities are simple but well-chosen. There is no wifi, TV or dishwasher - but plenty of atmosphere, retro charm and presence. The kitchen lacks nothing if you want to make larger meals, and outside there is both a smaller grill, a kettle grill and a cozy fireplace in the garden. For electric car drivers, there is a charging station, and with both walking and cycling distance to one of Denmark's best beaches, you are never far from a dip, a walk or a day with sand between your toes. This place is created for everyone who dreams of a real holiday atmosphere with soul, style and nature – and a well-deserved break from screens and noise. Guest access Guests can access all rooms Other things to note We ask our guests to bring their own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Duvets and pillows are available, just as I put tablecloths on the tables (both outdoors and for the dining table). Pets are welcome, but we ask that they not stay in beds or on furniture. Also, remember to wipe their paws before they enter the house and place food bowls on a plastic mat (found in the house). The house is without wifi and TV – here it is about presence and tranquility. On the other hand, there is a selection of games, books and LPs that can be enjoyed freely, whether the sun is shining or the rain is drumming on the roof. For electric car drivers, a charging station is set up. When using this, 20% is added to the read consumption, charged separately.
