Small beachfront house

Come and stay in the heart of a small Normandy village by the sea in a cozy and comfortable house. It is close to shops. The beach is 2 km away. Experience shore fishing during high tides. Close to hiking trails (GR, Mont Saint Michel trails...) on foot or by bike, there is a bike rental 3 km away if you are tempted. Listing is not accessible for people with limited mobility. The space On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen open to the living and dining area. Everything is ready to bring you essential comfort, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, dishes and dishes. In the cupboards, coffee, chocolate, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper are available to facilitate your arrival and not overload you during your trip. The living room is equipped with a TV and a mini stereo. The toilet and laundry area is also on the ground floor. Upstairs, an office space is located in the mezzanine as well as the first bed. This is separated by a screen. A small hallway leads to the bathroom where there is a shower, vanity unit and towel dryer. And finally a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed. Guest access You have the entire place to yourself as well as a small wooden terrace area outside. To access the accommodation, you pass under a common porch to arrive in a property sheltered from the street. At the back of the house, you have free access to a shared garden where you will find a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and a barbecue. Comfortable tables and chairs will allow you to relax in peace. Other things to note For your freedom of access, we have installed a key box, allowing you to arrive at the time that suits you. we are open year-round for a minimum of 2 nights, for the period of July and August, we only take reservations from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of 7 nights. The price shown includes water, bed sheets, towels, dish towels, toilet paper. Electricity is extra, we will read the meter together on arrival and departure.
