3200 sq. ft. home in a upscale neighborhood. Entire second floor devoted to Airbnb. There are 2 bedrooms, bathroom w/double sinks, and separate TV room. Each bedroom has its own AC unit. As I am a personal trainer, I have a complete gym (Cybex machines, free weights, bike & treadmill) downstairs that guests are welcome to use. Located E Powell just off of Rt. 750. Easy access to Rt. 315 and Polaris Pkwy. Just 3 mi N of I270. I DO NOT charge a cleaning fee! 😁 The space Two bedrooms with individual AC units in each room. (If your party of two would each like their own room, it's an extra $50 per night). I do not allow guest to sleep on my sofa! All rooms have Roku. I can put a very comfortable, queen-sized air mattress in the TV room, and you can easily make it three bedrooms -- additional $50 per night (each person). I DO NOT charge a cleaning fee!!! 😁 Guest access Access to 2nd floor, deck and my awesome gym! During your stay I would like guest to communicate with me when coming and going. I don't want to wonder if someone in my house. Other things to note If you do not like animals...my suggestion is not to book! I have 3 small dogs that are very friendly! Also, I occasionally watch my neighbor's dogs. They are not allowed on the 2nd floor with Airbnb guest!
