Remodeled Mobile Home. Perfect for 1 or 2 adults and a sweet pet. This Cottage is small but comfortable. it has all the amenities as our other Airbnb’s. However it only has one bathroom, one bedroom so please take that into consideration . We thought of everything to make your stay carefree. WiFi, TV with fire stick, washer and dryer, dishes and so much more. The space Moderate Morningside Cottage is well designed for its small space. It has plenty of storage places, like the linen storage bench, storage in closets and under beds, even the dining room chairs have storage under the seats. There is a nice queen bed. The only bathroom has a great shower head. The Cottage is a remodeled mobile home and is located in a mobile home community. If you are planning to stay more than 28 days we offer long term stays with a rental agreement. Please be sure to ask about it before booking. The fenced backyard is nice especially if your pet is traveling with you. It is also pet friendly but read over the pet rules and fees. Pet fees are $55 for stays up to 7 days and $100 for stays over 7 days. Pet fees are collected after check in through the resolution center by special request and are not collected with the rental fees. Wichita Falls has more to offer our visitors than most towns our size. The Event Center usually has an event every week, from the World Champion Horseshoe Pitching to HotterN Hell 100 biker ride and race. There are some very interesting Museums, like the Historical Museum located downtown . Great places to eat. Shops, a Mall, Movies, Plays, walking and hiking trails, and lots of other things to do and see. There are information and travel books left in the cottage so you can plan your activities. Guest access Guests have access to the whole cottage, back yard and parking in front on street. Other things to note Your comfort and safety are our main concern. We are located in a mixed kind of neighborhood where houses are both moderate and high class. We are located between the two Historical neighborhoods of Morningside and Floral Heights. Getting around is easy once you get the hang of it. You have access to the city transportation, biking, walking or going by car anywhere in this mid size town. We are just minutes from Sheppard AFB , The Airport, The Medical District, Downtown, the Mall and plenty of restaurants . Day trips outside of Wichita Falls are always fun, like a visit to Fort Sill in Lawton or other vacation sights in Oklahoma. The Wichita Mountains, Medicine Park, many fishing areas and of course the Casinos are some of the many places you can go and have fun. There is an outdoor drive in movie in Graham, The list goes on and on.
