Pretty Beach House near Newport/URI &fall get away

You will have access to this entire beautiful, magical beach house. Bring the family to spend a weekend or week at the beach or come here for a romantic getaway, it is beautiful and romantic! Short Walk to the beach. Right at the mouth of the bridge to get to Newport...not waterfront, but beach is close! (walking distance). There are two separate bedrooms, in addition to an open loft over the larger bedroom. The space This beach house is newly renovated, and it's a little over half a mile to walk to the neighborhood Beach, where you could also park your car for free for beach access. There are 2 parking spots at the house, please only plan to bring two cars. if you have a third car there is a park and ride very close to the property where you can park your car. There's a cottage on the property and I will usually be staying there although it's sufficient distance from the house to afford privacy. There are two bedrooms, the Master is extremely large with a loft above it. The Loft could fit at least three children for sleeping, probably more or 2 adults. The loft is carpeted, is accessible by a very sturdy ladder and has multiple electrical outlets and has a guardrail and a locked gate. I have two foam mattresses on the floor in the Loft, they are amazingly comfortable! Master bedroom has a propane fireplace with fire crystals. Second bedroom has the queen bed in it and I also have a new rollaway bed with foam mattress that can be used in there and it would also make a great spot for a couple of sleeping bags on the new carpet. Everything is new in the home, furniture, carpets, ect. Living room is spacious with a large sectional sofa and a plaid chair. Dining room table seats 6, and there is room at the bar as well in the kitchen. I have 4 bar stools, they're super comfortable, and handmade. Granite countertops, stainless steel Hood over stove, top-of-the-line appliances. Stackable washer dryer are hidden in a little closet right off the bedroom. Huge flat screen TV in living room, I have wifi and netflix but no cable (no worries, you're here for the beach!) Please be careful when unplugging lights in the main bedroom to sleep , the router is plugged in at the same place where the lights are and has been turned off a couple of times. Remote control luminaria candles are throughout. Twinkle lights on the exposed beams above in the Great Room provide a romantic feel. The deck has new all-weather furniture and a fire pit also with fire crystals. Absolutely beautiful! A corner lot. There's an outdoor shower in the backyard and the yard for the kids to play in comfortably. It's truly a magical house! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, the deck, and the yard with the exception of the Cottage on the property which may be rented out or may be occupied by myself or a member of my family. The cottage is a sufficient distance from the house and does not pose any privacy issues for my guests. Many times the person staying in the cottage doesn't even see the occupants of the house during a weekend and vice versa. Guests may use the left hand side of the driveway facing the house for two cars. No more than 2 cars allowed, but there is a very nearby park and ride lot for anyone who has a 3rd car. Please do not park in the front of the house directly across from the neighbor's driveway . He has a large pickup truck and it will make it difficult for him to back out if there's a car directly behind him. The left hand side of the driveway should be left clear for the occupant of the cottage. Please absolutely no smoking in the house, I am allergic to cigarette smoke, and there is a fine for smoking inside. There are outdoor patio lights for the backyard patio, please plug the blue cord in when using the patio, and unplug it when done, the lights are bright for the neighbors. Thank you! Other things to note Check in is at 4:00pm, check out is at 11:00 am, I will try to accommodate you if those times are an issue. I require the full names of all guests so please provide those. 5 guests maximum, no other people are allowed on the property. Please try to keep the noise to a reasonable level especially when outdoors. I have great neighbors and I don't like to disturb them. Please please, ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in my home or in the cottage. There will be a fine of $300 for smoking. Please make sure you take out all trash, and put any trash items in bags. If beer or wine is spilled on the floor please mop the floor. Please don't park on the grass. Guests are requested to clean the house lightly prior to leaving.
