Our place is ideally situated in the heart of the Victorian town of Ventnor within walking distance of Ventnor park, the beach, the town centre, Steephill cove and and the Botanical Gardens. Despite this, it is in a quiet location and the house is light and airy with wonderful sea views. It is ideally suited to families with kids of all ages, couples and groups. You'll love the comfy beds, relaxed ambiance, mod cons, ample off-street parking and huge utility room to put all your beach gear. The space Refurbished in spring 2020 the house is proudly modern with quirky features such as the curved roof, and the reclaimed wood panelling in the enclosed tv area and upstairs bathroom. Guest access You'll have the entire house to yourselves Other things to note Please also note that in high season (school holidays and half term holidays), the usual rental period is for a full week with change over day on Saturday. If that does not suit your requirements please feel free to contact us and we can consider your request. Please note that the rental charge is less for smaller groups as we expect that they will use few bedrooms and so cleaning costs can be reduced. We plan for two people in each room. If you are a smaller group (six or less) but would like to use additional bedrooms, please make a request and we can give you a price for the additional rooms.
