Renovated holiday home with view and direct access to the Gulf of Morbihan. Located in Montsarrac, a pretty little fishing village, municipality of Séné south of Vannes, our accommodation is ideal for all people seeking calm, loving walks by the sea, hiking (many coastal trails), relaxing (beach 10 minutes walk), discovery of the Gulf Islands, visit of Vannes and surroundings, for lovers of ornithology (nature reserve of Séné)... Degemer mat! (welcome!) The space House (1970s) composed on the ground floor of an open panoramic space between the kitchen, living room and living room. All the bays and windows overlook the view. The kitchen is fitted and equipped (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, baby chair, etc.) with cupboards. Small storage for linen in each bedroom. 1 bathroom with shower and sink, 1 separate toilet. In the basement, 1 room with washing machine. Drying rack in the garage and outside. The part of the land behind the house (north side) is mainly used for car parking. The bird sanctuary view is also stunning! On the facade, between the garden and the water, the small road in front is very little traffic because it is a dead end. It just serves the few houses on the small peninsula of La Garenne located 100 m away (which can be walked around) as well as the dock for fishermen, walkers and boaters... The land is not fenced but maintained regularly. We would like to clarify that to access the house, you have to cross the village of MONTSARRAC. Please do so at reduced speed. Guest access Important: Electric car charging is prohibited. Under no circumstances do we allow recharging because our meter is not provided for this purpose and we only have conventional outlets. Thank you very much for respecting this rule because in case of overheating there is a risk of destruction of the accommodation by fire and you would be held responsible. You will have access to the entire habitable part of the house, i.e. the entire ground floor and the first floor + 1 room in the basement for laundry. Note: No access to the very crowded garage (boat, canoe, kayak, various tools... they are not at your disposal for safety reasons, please respect this) For info, there is a nautical base a few kilometers away in the town of Moustérian at Pointe du Bill 56860 Séné "47°Nautik – Séné" offering courses or rentals: Optimist, Laser Vago, Windsurfing, Catamaran (including Fun boat), Kayak, Stand Up Paddle, Jardin des Mers and Club Moussaillons... Other things to note A safety barrier has been installed at the top of the stairs for the safety of children. Highchair and small baby bathtub available. Baby bed available in the small bedroom. We have just had the interior paintings redone, please respect the premises. Before you leave, please empty the dishwasher and tidy up the house, make sure you don't forget anything.
