House renovated for holidays with views and direct access to the Gulf of Morbihan. Located in Montsarrac, a pretty little fishing village, municipality of Séné south of Vannes, our accommodation is ideal for anyone seeking calm, who loves seaside walks, hiking (many coastal trails), idleness (beach 10 minutes' walk), discovering the Gulf Islands, visiting Vannes and surroundings, for ornithology lovers (Séné nature reserve)... Degemer mat! (welcome!) The space House ('70s) composed on the ground floor of a panoramic open space between the kitchen, the living room and the living room. The part of the land behind the house (north side) is used mainly for car parking. The bird reserve view is also stunning! On the front, between the garden and the water, the small road in front is very little traffic because it is a dead end. It serves just the few houses on the small peninsula of the Garenne located 100 m away (which can be walked around) as well as the hold for fishermen, walkers and boaters ... The land is not enclosed but maintained regularly. We would like to clarify that to access the house, you must cross the village of MONTSARRAC. Please do so at reduced speed. Guest access Important: Electric car charging is prohibited. Under no circumstances do we allow recharging because our meter is not intended for this purpose and we only have conventional sockets. Thank you very much for respecting this rule because in case of overheating there is a risk of destruction of the accommodation by fire and you would be held responsible. You will have access to the entire living area of the house, i.e. the entire ground floor and the floor + 1 room in the basement for laundry. Please note: No very cluttered access to the garage (boat, canoeing, kayaking, various tools ... they are not available to you for safety reasons, please respect it) FYI, there is a nautical base a few kilometers away in the municipality of Moustérian at Pointe du Bill 56860 Séné " 47°Nautik - Séné " offering you classes or rental: Optimist, Laser Vago, Windsurfing, Catamaran (including Fun boat), Kayak, Stand Up Paddle, Jardin des Mers and Club Moussaillons ... Other things to note A safety barrier has been installed at the top of the staircase for child safety. High chair and small baby bath available. Crib available in the small bedroom. We just redone the interior paintings, please respect the premises. Before you leave, please empty the dishwasher and tidy up the house, make sure you don't forget anything.
