The cottage boasts an inviting log burner in the lounge (one basket of logs is provided on arrival) to curl up by on those winter nights. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob, double oven, dishwasher and a separate utility room with washing machine. A spacious terrace with garden furniture and BBQ (Apr - end of Sept) to the rear of the property has fantastic views over the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. Other things to note A hot tub can be added to this property for an extra £250.00 (3/4 night stay) once approved by the owner. A £500.00 refundable security deposit will be taken by the host over the phone prior to arrival.
