Located at 7 min. downtown in a private residence, we offer a nice accommodation very cocooning, under the eaves and attic, air-conditioned, with a huge roof terrace facing south. The place is surprising by its panoramic view, its proximity to the city. Linen + reserved parking space My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (cot) and four-legged companions. The space Cosy and Cocoon Housing (40 m²) completely renovated under the attic (beware of tall people> 1.80m), crossing and fully equipped .. In the entrance you will find a cloakroom, iron and ironing board The kitchenette is equipped with a laptop fridge, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave grill, snack plan with stools, dolce gusto coffee machine and its capsules (coffee, tea), kettle, toasters, and basic products as well as a washing machine. A cozy lounge area on the rooftop (60 m²) with a sofa bed is open on the kitchenette and can be transformed into a small independent attic room, using curtains. - the large attic room with home cinema (video library) to look in the sofa or in the very comfortable bed (dimensions 160). Several tourist books are available, novels and magazines also. The attic bathroom is adjacent to the large room and is separated by a curtain. It is equipped with a shower, sink, shelves, hair dryer, towels, basic products and wc. Linen and towels being provided. The roof top is equipped with 2 sunbeds, a garden table, a parasol, all to rest in this quiet place, enjoy the panoramic view of the city, the mountains, the mill, you have the head in the trees. Guest access You have access to the whole accommodation: flat and roof terrace in full autonomy. The apartment is at the top of the villa, we live down there. Our villa is the only house in the residence, it is hidden (escoundudo in Provençal), access is via a pedestrian path, no cars around your accomodation, it is very quiet and intimate. During your stay We are reachable throughout your stay and on site. We can advise you to discover the city and its surroundings. English spoken. Other things to note The residence is flowery, you can walk around it, there is a path in the hill also, a large green area, benches, a small park for children, a football goal. Pets are welcome, you can walk them on a leash, their needs are to be picked up for the respect of all.
