Metochi country house for peaceful stay

Metochi is a unique cottage located on a mountain slope, with astonishing sunset view. Ideal for those who want an alternative experience away from the noise and conventional tourism. Sustainable electricity is provided exclusively by photovoltaic batteries and is enough for lights, listening to music, charging devices (USB cable) and easy going life. You'll definately enjoy the sunset, your privacy and the sound of nature. The space The house is built according to the local acrchictecture style and materials.Cosy and comfortable, in complete harmony with nature, offers a unique possibility to recharge and rest. Despite of the fact that its only one room with a small bathroom and kitchen, the big stone yard will be the place that you'll spend most of your time, chilling on the hammock, enjoying your dinner and drink at the bar, gazing the sunset at your own private setting. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need, including a fridge, a gass stove and a moca for espresso coffee. Other things to note The house is located on a mountain slope, 3km drive from the nearest village, Karavostamo. There you can enjoy your swimming, find tarvernas, cafes, a bakery and a super market. Most of the way to the cottage is dirt road and can be accessed by car and a motorbike. The nearest port, Evdilos, is 11km away from the cottage. Smoking is allowed only outside provided that you are very careful with cigarettes, candles and anything that could set a fire. There are 2 fire extinguishers.Grilling is not allowed. Dogs are welcome. For showering, hot water coming from solar boiler and you can have hot water all day long. Once a week, upon notice, someone will come to water the garden.
