The space The modern kitchen located upstairs boast beautiful ambience whilst relaxing with an open plan lounge and views of Mulwala Lake. Lounge has an open fire for those colder days. Each room have their own cooling and heating for 100% comfort, upstairs and downstairs lounge rooms also have cooling and heating. The front verandah welcomes the morning sun with comfortable outdoor setting and hammock, whilst the back decking also over looks the lake is excellent for afternoon drinks or dinner, perfect backyard with outdoor swimming pool with sun lounges, undercover section with outdoor lounges and grass area to play on. The home has 4 bedrooms with the master bedroom upstairs with ensuite and built in robes whilst downstairs has 3 bedrooms all with built in robes and easy access to main bathroom and toilet. Laundry with washing machine, iron board, iron, dyson and cleaning products. The lounge room downstairs has its on separate TV and lounges.
