Woodpecker apartment named after our 2 green woodpeckers is sunny & well equipped & feels like home from home thanks to the mix of comfy sofas, cosy rugs, & under floor heating throughout which makes it warm & homely. The space This is Woodpecker apartment, there are 2 other apartments to choose from... See THE MARTINSELL CENTRE, OWL APARTMENT. This apartment features a cosy open plan kitchen/sitting room with a large tv. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed & there is a private terrace off the sitting room with an "out of the way" garden area to relax in. See THE MARTINSELL CENTRE, CROW APARTMENT this apartment features it's own private seating area with a large bench & a coffee table. Inside there is an open plan kitchen sitting room with a dining table, 3 seater sofa facing out across the extensive grounds. This apartment has a larger shower room with a toilet, all the others have separate shower rooms & w.cs. If you enjoy snuggling down in bed watching tv this is for you! A 32" tv with a dvd player & dvd's can be found in the super king bed room! All our apartments enjoy pure fresh well water from the Martinsell hill underground lake! Your apartment has… Entrance hall A full oven with a 2 ring hob. Oven mitt Fridge All cooking utensils Salt & pepper Olive oil for cooking Plates & cutlery Biscuits Teas, coffees, sugar & milk Tea towels/dish cloth Torch & hair dryer All bed linen/pillows/duvet Towels/flannels/shower gel/soap Smart TV with a dvd player & dvd's Umbrellas Picnic blanket Cushions for the outside arm chairs Wifi which can be erratic as we are on a ley line! This apartment has its own external entrance hall with extra space for jackets, footwear & brollies. Directly outside you have your own arm chairs to sit in the sun, under the tree there is a dedicated bench to enjoy the shade! The open plan sitting room has a large comfy sofa with a coffee table a smart tv with a dvd player & dvd's. An extendable dining table with 2 chairs to enjoy local take outs or your home cooked meals. The bedroom has a super king size bed for a great nights sleep, the shower room is accessed through the bedroom. There is a separate w.c. Breakfast goods will be provided for you to make your own breakfast to include choice of cereals, morning goods, choice of bread, butter, jams, marmalade, Marmite, honey, teas, instant coffee, ground coffee sugar, choice of milks. All apartments have the use of our dedicated private camp fire. This is made ready for you to light on your chosen night with a big bench to sit on. We are free from light pollution here, this is a magical sight on a clear night. All the apartments have torches so you can enjoy the great outdoors at night in safety. Which apartment will you choose? Guest access Guests are most welcome to enjoy the extensive mature grounds. The Centre is nestled at the foot of Martinsell Hill with direct access to stunning walks without crossing any road. Other things to note There are 3 friendly well behaved dogs, a German Shepherd, a golden labrador and a collie cross.
