This is a spacious, newly built apartment in a brand new building, with a panoramic view. Only 20 min walk from the center, with the bus stop right in front. In the closest surrounding there is a beautiful forest, unique natural environment in the middle of the city, to enjoy walking, running or exploring observatories, rare architectural examples. Nearby there is a new shopping mall and a street famous for it's affordable boutiques. You will also find many traditional restaurants and bars. The space The living room is very spacious and bright, and has a big window and a glass door to the terrace, so when the sun is shining it is a beautiful place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. In the evening if you decide to stay home, you can enjoy a HD new generation TV with many channels on your disposal. Most of the furniture is new, in the bedroom there is a quality bed and mattress that will assure your quality sleep, rest and relaxation. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. The floor in the whole apartment is covered in parquet and has many details made of wood, which adds to it's comfort and coziness. Guest access Our apartment was bought brand new and it was furnished and equipped to meet our needs because we were planning to live there. That's why our guests can experience a real home stay, relax and enjoy Belgrade. Guests can use the living room equipped with comfortable furniture, kitchen with all necessary details to ensure a pleasant "feel at home" stay. In the kitchen there is a big refrigerator, new stowe and all cooking kettlery so guests who prefer cooking to eating out, will be glad to see all necessary conditions are met. A part from the kitchen and the living room, bathroom with washing machine is available, as well as iron and the stand for drying the laundry. In the bedroom there is a new and very comfortable bed with the mattress that will enable you to rest and enjoy. There is also a terace with the view of the Zvezdara forest. The windows are made in PVC so they are hermetically closed to ensure the temperature in the apartment is adjustable. There is a good air-conditioning, TV, fast WiFi. I think everyone will be satisfied with their stay! Other things to note No cleaning fee or deposit (I do not charge a cleaning fee but expect the house to be left in the condition it is offered).
