Quiet neighborhood close to Gammarth Forest. 10 minutes' drive to the beach and shopping areas. 25 minutes from the airport and the Medina of Tunis. Friendly and caring welcome. Discretion guaranteed. The hostess is very attentive. The space Comfort. Absolute cleanliness. Shared pool but never at the same time as my tenants, usable in summer from June to early September. Other things to note It is an apartment with a large room (8 m by 4 m) with a mezzanine equipped with a 3-seater mattress, another 2-seater bed in 1 alcove and dining area equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, electric coffee maker + another living room with 3 benches, TV, (see photos), walk-in shower in raw marble, independent entrance, absolute comfort! The pool is not entirely private, I never swim at the same time as my tenants but use it from time to time.
