The Summer House is a cosy detached, self contained property with ample parking located within a private 8 acre estate set in the beautiful Sussex countryside . Nearby seaside resorts include Bexhill, Eastbourne and Hastings plus the historic town of Battle. There are many interesting attractions and places to visit in and around the 1066 Country. The space The Summer House is very well equipped, cosy and comfortable with the added attraction of your own private steam room to unwind from a busy days exploring! It is warm and cosy with heated towel rails , underfloor heating and electric wall heaters. For the summer months there is a large ceiling fan and the bedroom and sitting room doors open up onto the patio area. We also have a Public Footpath running alongside our property that leads to 90 acres of woodland walks. Other things to note There is a small table top freezer in this property. There is another 2 bedroom Airbnb on site called Oak Lodge. Sorry we do not allow pets
