The room is part of the seminar center ''Punkt XII e.V.''. The seminar house has several separate apartments, each with different characters and qualities. You can book individual rooms or entire apartments according to your wishes and needs. The room 21 listed here belongs to apartment 2, where there are 3 other rooms with a total of 12 sleeping options. The space Room has a double bed and a dresser There is a possibility to hang clothes. The bathroom is located in the hallway of apartment 2 and is shared with other guests of this apartment. The room price is without breakfast, but can be booked on request on request. Kitchen use is also not included, but is also available on request. Guest access Access to the apartment is in the side entrance of house number 23. You can access the entrance door via a paved and partially covered courtyard (see photos). Enter in the Navi ''Freiwillige Feuerwehr Oberrimbach'' and you will be directed directly to the in-house parking, which you can use free of charge. To the right next to the front door is the key safe (see photo). The front door key is located in the safe, the room key is inside the room door. The current code is available on request. The staircase leads to a hallway on the second floor with a large sideboard with flyers and information about the region. At the end of this hallway, one door turns off on the left and right. You take the right door with the sign "apartment 2" with three steps in front. The first door on the right is room 21. The bathroom is the first door on the left. Other things to note The seminar house is located in the charmingly quiet village of Oberrimbach, surrounded by a hilly forest and meadow landscape. Via the nearby A3 you can easily reach the nearest major cities of Würzburg, Nuremberg and Bamberg in less than an hour. Within walking distance of the house, the Steigerwald begins, which with its numerous trails invites you to hiking, cycling and horseback riding trips. On the site there is a stable with four horses.
