It is a safe to use but under no circumstances should it run for more than 30 mins at a time and while doing this ,no people or pets remain in the room while it’s on . Guest access Guest access to the apartment through secured mall entrance with security tag. Free, safe parking is available inside the building. After hours the mall is open for access to the apartments. One can park in your supplied underground parking bay and easily walk from the basement through the mall to the apartments, or one can access the apartment from the street through one of the doors of the mall. There is a security guard on duty at the mall 24 hours. Other things to note There are two single beds, but can be joined together if requested. The beds are joined with a matress converter, so no gap between the matresses. The apartment is a 40m2 open plan studio. The apartment is in a high-rise building on the 18th floor with an upmarket mall below. There is a large window with sweeping views of table mountain. The apartment is well equipped, there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer-combo in the apartment in case you need to do washing. Please note that the basement parking height restriction is 2m. Parking is in the parking area on the roof accessed through the mall parking. There is an elevator that goes down into the mall from the roof parking. PLEASE NOTE: We will require a copy of your ID or PASSPORT upon check-in. We don’t accept drivers license or any other form of documentation . Kindly be considerate when using electricity and water.
