A beautifully converted Barn set in the boundaries of a 300 year old grade II listed farm house in the peaceful rural village of Old South Hykeham. With a wood burner in the open plan lower floor and a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge. There is a well equipped kitchen. The old apple loft serves as the master bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, ensuite toilet and basin, as well as a roll top bath. The bedroom downstairs is a twin room with two single beds and large wet room. The space There is parking for one car and a dedicated decking area and lawn with BBQ and patio table, chairs and parasol. Free Wifi is available. The Barn is self-catering and a welcome pack is provided, including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, bread and a home made cake. The barn is suitable for children over 5 years of age, we are happy to accept younger children but we have not childproofed the property. We have a travel cot and highchair also available for use.
