At the beach - quiet and private

Our guest apartment is alongside our own house with its own parking and entrance and private south-facing patio garden. We are on the coast in the parish of St Clement and have private beach access from our property. There is a bus stop at the end of our drive and the buses run throughout the day and until late. There is a Coop supermarket two doors away. Coastal and rockpool rambles on your doorstep and easy access to the country lanes too. The space Our apartment was refurbished in 2020 and is light and bright with sliding doors onto its south-facing patio garden. Its garden is private and fenced off from the main house, but access through our garden takes you down a few steps to a private seating area (that we are happy for you to enjoy) and on down to the beach. A wonderful spot to sit and enjoy a high tide with your morning coffee or a sundowner at the end of the day. Guest access Our guests have their own parking and entrance to the apartment. There is a private garden and access to the beach is through our garden. The apartment and its garden have no steps, but there are steps down to the beach. Other things to note The small bunk room is designed for children between 6 and 12 years old but we have had single adults who have used the bottom bunk without any issues. The top bunk bed is not suitable for teenagers or adults and we feel that, with only one shower room with toilet, the apartment itself is suitable for max two adults and two young children, or three adults.
