The apartment is located on the first floor of a 3-family house in a quiet location in the front of the Odenwald. On 85 m² you will find a living-dining area for 4-6 people with a sofa bed and access to the terrace with morning sun, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are equipped with a box bed 140 x 200 cm, a wardrobe, 1 table, 2 chairs, wardrobe, dresser and TV. Guest Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels included. The space The apartment is fully tiled and was newly renovated in 2020. All rooms have double roller blinds and shutters. The apartment is therefore nice and cool in summer even without air conditioning. Underfloor heating with room controller The ceiling light is dimmable by remote control. Parking spaces are available All rooms are equipped with a PKS lock, ideal for friendly couples, so everyone has their privacy. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes rack are provided. The living room and both bedrooms have their own TV. Dog bed and bowls can be provided for dog owners. On request, a children's travel bed can be set up free of charge. A folding guest bed for a 7th adult or older child could be provided upon request. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible to the guests. Other things to note 1 parking space is free. Each additional parking space costs €2.-- €/night, which must be paid in cash on site. A travel bed for toddlers (free of charge) or a folding guest bed 90 x 200 cm can be provided upon request. When arriving with a dog, an additional €20 will be charged for the final cleaning. This is payable in cash upon arrival. Interesting for dog owners: The host runs a dog salon on the premises. There, you can have your furry friend beautified.
