Registered in Tourism of Portugal with the number 94534/AL The space The 75 sq mt’s apartment is located on the third floor of a fifth story building with a panoramic elevator and enjoys a beautiful view over Tagus River. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area in the living room – with a sofa-bed - a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and a modern bathroom with shower. The apartment is soundproof, enabling an additional comfort to its guests and accommodates up to 4 adults. The kitchen has all what is needed to prepare nice meals. Includes a fridge & freezer, an oven and an induction stove a dishwasher and a laundry & dryer machine, as well a toaster and a coffee machine. Other amenities include a clothes’ iron and an ironing board, a hair dryer, free high speed optic-fiber Wifi internet access, cable TV with more than 140 channels, as well as two TV sets (one in each room) and air conditioning. Both rooms have access to a balcony where one can enjoy the city view, the Tagus River and some of the Lisbon magnificent sun. As the apartment is located in a residential area, we kindly ask our guests to respect other residents by following a low noise rule between 10pm and 9am. Guest access Early Check In (from 12pm to 3pm) and late Check Out (from 11:30am to 2pm) will be possible if there aren’t conflicts within reservations but we need to be informed in advance to provide for it. Mistreated objects, appliances, damaged towels or linens with makeup or others, will be claimed and charged in the security deposit. We ask our guests not to leave any valuable belongings in the apartment as we cannot ensure or be liable for any thefts of personal items or missing objects. Reservations over 3 days will be provided with extra towels and reservations over 7 days will be provided with extra linens. During your stay we can arrange for cleaning services for an extra fee. Note: Since 1st of September 2024, there is a "Lisbon City Tax" of 4 EUR per person/per night to a maximum of 28 EUR per stay. This tax is charged to guests age 13 and over. An extra baby bed - up tp 4 years of age - is available upon request, with an extra cost of 15 Eur / night. This cost should be paid upon arrival. The usage of the sofa bed for reservations of two guests will have an extra cost of 40 Eur / night. This cost should be paid upon arrival.
