Ground floor apartment of a chalet in Rivier d'Allemond (1300 m altitude), on the Tour de France route that leads to the Cols du Glandon and Croix de Fer. Located 10 minutes from the Allemond cable car (which joins the Grand Domaine de l'Alpe d'Huez) and 20 minutes from Oz or Vaujany, the Rivier d'Allemond is ideal for its calm, away from the heckling of the resorts. Many hiking departures at the foot of the chalet and perfect spots for cross-country skiing! Not to mention the nearby nature. The space 35 m² 2-room apartment furnished on the ground floor of our chalet. It consists of a living room, kitchen - dining room with sofa bed type BZ in 140 cm, a bedroom with mezzanine bed in 140 cm at the bottom and 90 cm at the top and a bathroom (shower) with toilet, which is accessed through the bedroom. Fully equipped and with storage (Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, fridge, kettle, TV, drying rack, duvets/blankets, pillows...). Linens and towels are not provided. Parking in front of the apartment and private terrace (with garden furniture and barbecue).
