Single or Twin room in Hatfield

An airy room at the back of the house overlooking a spacious garden. Single bed with a trundle-bed beneath to make up a twin room if requested. Blackout blind. Study desk. Cupboard hanging space with hotel-style safe inside. Good Wi-fi. Full use of the kitchen facilities with dry-food, fridge and freezer storage available. Shower Room available, accessed from outside, additional to the shared bathroom. (No under 18s please and I don't accept bookings on behalf of someone else.) The space Built in the late 1950s on the former tennis court of the adjacent house, the house has a spacious garden you are welcome to use; very pleasant on a sunny day! Sit by the pond and enjoy the relaxing sound of falling water as it tumbles over the weir (it's not THAT big... but it is a weir!). If you enjoy playing the piano, then I'm sure there will be opportunity to play on my Bechstein upright whilst no one is listening! (Ah... assuming the Piano Room has no guests staying in it of course!) I have a glass dome in the garden, which is also listed if you are up for somewhere really special. (Check out "Seclusion in the Dome") Guest access I will send you a video-link about 24 hours before you arrive, that shows you how to find the property and also how to use the digital smart-lock on the entry door at the back of the house. You'll have your individual code to open the door so there are no keys to worry about. With Mon-Sat, 0800 - 1800hrs parking restrictions on the street, you can park on the area in front of my house. All resident guests share the kitchen (just 'Leave No Evidence'!), the main bathroom, downstairs toilet and the externally-accessed shower room. During your stay I'd be delighted to help where I can. I have travelled myself and really value local knowledge. I'm very open to sharing a bottle of vino, if that's your style, and finding out about your world. But if privacy is your thing, that's cool too. Just let me know. Other things to note If you're a smoker (tobacco based products only please!), there is provision outside for your indulgence and please dispose of your 'left-overs' in the brown, garden-waste-recycling bin.
