The space The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, appliances, pots and pans. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is included. There are 2 portable beds available if needed. Guest access We are located near resorts, lakes, rivers, and nature trails offering outdoor activities such as golfing, fishing, hunting, bicycling, water skiing, canoeing, and kayaking. In the winter, they offer cross country skiing, downhill skiing, and snowboarding. There is so much you can do here! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: there is a one time $350.00 cleaning fee for staying here. There is NO SMOKING OR PETS IN THE HOUSE! NO SNOWMOBILES to be ridden on property! Cigarette disposal bins have been provided outside. Please dispose of your cigarette ashes and cigarette butts in those bins! If a pet is brought inside their will be a $200 additional cleaning fee charged. The maximum number of guests this house sleeps is 24. Please no parties greater than the maximum, including children.
