The space There is a TV and DVD player in the family room as well as a TV in the master bedroom. Both tv’s have a device which allows you to log into your own Netflix etc. accounts. One is Apple TV, the other is a fire stick. *Travelling with children? We have got you covered! Just let us know and a selection of toys can be provided along with high chair etc. There is an in unit washer and dryer and also a formal dining room. This is an old heritage home so it does come with its quirks such as needing to run the water for a minute before it gets hot or bedroom doors not closing tight because of shifting. Guest access Guests will have access to entire unit with the exception of 1 locked bedroom (unless this bedroom is required). The 4th bedroom is also partially used for some owner belongings(behind curtains) therefore, when not needed by the occupant this room is locked. Other things to note This backyard space is the owners but you are welcome to join us :). The rental unit has its own small private patio. Parking: *Stays during Monday-Friday. Our neighborhood is free two hour parking between 9am-6pm but free overnight. During the day after two hours you need to move to a different block to avoid a ticket. If you do not want to move your vehicle you can contact the city and pre purchase a visitor pass for about $12 for an entire week or you can purchase in person (a short walk). **For weekend stays the parking on our street is free by 6pm on Friday :). Just be sure to park on the correct side as you can only park on one side from 1st-15th at midnight and the other side from the 15th-last day of the month. (We can clarify in person if this is confusing, there are also street signs).
