The terrace offers direct access to the water and includes a private jetty. On the first floor, you'll find a bathroom and a cozy living room equipped with a gas fireplace and Smart TV. The integrated kitchen with balcony boasts amazing canal views. The second floor features one double bedroom and two single rooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people.
