*Boyle River Lodge* On the RIVER, Sierra At Tahoe

***NEW in 2022 2683 SQ FT CABIN...***Amazing LOCATION, 5 bedroom cabin by Sierra At Tahoe on the South Fork American River!!! We are on the summit, so an abundance of SNOW for winter, and River for summer!!! This is not a “Rental”, this is our personal second home that we share with people that agree to care for our Lodge on a limited basis!!! We do NOT allow smoking of any kind, inside or outside. El Dorado County does not allow Parties/Events, Security Cameras outside. The space Our cabin is located on a cul-du-sac road so it is very quiet, however, it is very close to Highway 50. Amazing Brand New 2683 sq. feet. We are about 15 mins. from South Lake Tahoe for all the "in town" fun, however, the cabin is in a forested area right by Sierra At Tahoe on the summit. Location location location, it doesn't get better than our lodge, 1.5 miles from Sierra At Tahoe and ON 170 foot of River frontage for summer fun!! You will be amazed when you walk into the large Great room and Chef's kitchen stocked with ALL amenities. Nuspresso Machine, K-cup coffee maker, 40 inch professional stove, new appliances in 2021!! The cabin was NEW built at the end of 2022 and has only recently been offered for rent! This new lodge replaced our old cabin that we rented for many years with phenomenal reviews! The Covered Patio is fabulous for listening to the the water flow by while you cook on the Professional Jenn Air gas barbecue OR the Treager pellet smoker/barbeque in the (non-winter time). Enjoy you master bedroom with the cozy Gas fireplace or take a hot jacuzzi bath in the master bath! Ski, fish, hike, boat at the local lakes, drive the short drive to the casinos, cook in or go out to dinner in South Lake Tahoe at Hells Kitchen inside Harveys Lake Tahoe Casino (it is excellent, we recommend reservations in advance) ! Exterior Security Cameras and Smart Encode Front door lock for easy check in. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUT ON THE PROPERTY! We are pet (dog) friendly on acceptance. If you have SNOWMOBILES, its a great place to go out right from the cabin, or snowshoe, cross country ski or even walk up to the West Bowl lift at Sierra At Tahoe (for a little adventure, it's not that far up the hill...catch the lift if you have season passes). The Caldor fire did go thru our area and fortunately our cabin was saved, however, the trees on the other side of the river burned (you can see in some of the photos). But the river is still beautiful and our property and surrounding is mostly Green. We truly have 4 seasons and depending on the year, we can have snow into June and the river can be quite high. Other things to note The Caldor fire did go thru and burn most of the trees behind us and other areas, however, the area is still beautiful and our cabin was spared!!!
