Country house + quiet garden in Champagne

Renovated in 2022 (doors, windows, kitchen, bathrooms), then in 2026 (fiber optic, heat pump with A/C, 3rd bedroom, second toilet, and landing), this cozy, warm, and rustic 120 m² country house accommodates 1 to 6 people (+2 children) in a small village in the Brie Champenoise. Stone walls, fireplace, bread oven... Rest, heritage discovery, fishing, hiking. Paris 1h45, Disneyland 1h30, Maisons de Champagne d'Epernay and Reims - 1h, Provins UNESCO classified 1h. The space The house is adjacent to a barn that serves as a DIY corner, a wood reserve. You can park your vehicle for free in front of the house. Guests can enjoy a beautiful covered terrace facing southwest, to share appetizers, meals and barbecue with friends. The place is typically French in a small village. The hosts met us at 9 p.m. with a roaring fire and warm house - looking tired they even got us some wine! Cute and quirky.
