Quiet, in the countryside and 40 minutes from the sea (Honfleur and Deauville), discover Le Clos de la Galice, a Normandy family house with generous volumes. The living room area and large dining room allow you to have a great time with friends with children or family. The kitchen is spacious, allowing you to dine there, it gives access to the terrace: lounge, garden table, BBQ and Jacuzzi to relax from March to November! House not suitable for parties (8 adults max + children). The space Le Clos de la Galice has five bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with 160 double beds and a children's room with 2 90 beds. We also have 3 baby cribs (60*120) available. It is therefore ideal for a maximum of 8 adults (or even 6 for even more comfort) and 2 children + babies. Wi-Fi with high-speed connection thanks to Fiber since 2022, telework compatible house. The bathroom and shower room (showers) are all new. There are also 3 toilets. The house has been tastefully redone with very high quality materials. There is a sober and chic spirit, you will be seduced by the ambient charm. The garden of just over 6000 m² is enclosed and beautifully planted. Unpack your bags and enjoy! Linens (sheets & towels) are not included in the rate. Count €20 for a double bed + towels and €10 for a single bed + towel. Fireplace not usable during rentals. Other things to note No parties and no noise after 11pm for the neighborhood. This house is not suitable for groups of 10 adults wishing to spend alcoholic evenings. Maximum 8 adults + children / babies This house is ideal for meeting with friends with children or family. It's a charming and very well maintained house. Condition of the house impeccable, non-caring people or groups should refrain. No bachelor or bachelorette parties or other parties permitted. Weekly rental in July and August.
