Double room Oldbury/Quinton Birmingham Parking

A double bedroom in a semi detached house. Parking on drive/off road.Its a quiet room looking onto the garden. I live 5 miles from ICC/Centre of Birmingham. Birmingham university 4.5 miles away. Plenty of buses on the doorstep. 5 minutes from the M5 Jct 2/3 motorway. I border Birmingham/Oldbury just off the Hagley Road West. Within easy reach to Edgbaston/Bearwood/Harborne/Halesowen/Quinton. QE hospital... NEC is approximately 40 minutes away by car. The space The room has a small table for your laptop/tablet. A chair to relax/read. The room is looking onto a south facing garden, so fairly quiet. The bathroom is next door with a shower only, appreciate if you have a quick shower as others may need it. Rarely more than 2 others in the house. There is another small bedroom available if a 3rd person wishes to stay. Although its more suited to females its a small single bed. Guest access Tea & coffee is available at all times. . Welcome to sit in the garden ( weather dependent ) Please can you eat downstairs if eating indoors. Oven isn't available to use in kitchen but microwave and hob are. During your stay I am always available to answer any questions before arrival or whilst you are here. Washing machine is available if stopping longer than 5 days ... Other things to note If not returning any night, can you please let me know for security reasons....
