Newly Renovated Private Annexe in the Test Valley

Newly renovated private annexe Our Studio annexe has been newly renovated and is perfect for short or longer stays in the beautiful Test Valley with easy access to Andover, Winchester, Newbury. It is situated on our property and shares a drive with our house which is in a quiet rural village yet only two miles from Andover. The space Sleeps 2 adults The annexe has a very comfortable super king size bed, and a small table which seats 2 people. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle but there are NO cooking facilities or kitchen sink (we are happy to recommend lots of good local pubs for supper!). It is perfect for B&B. Tea bags and coffee pods for the coffee machine are provided, plus milk, bread and butter/jams and muesli for breakfast. The bathroom has a walk in shower but no bath, and a heated towel rail. An iron and ironing board are available to borrow on request. Guest access You will have access to the annexe through our drive and garden gate. The annexe is above our car port and is close to our house but you will have your own access up an external flight of stairs and are not overlooked when you are in the annexe. Other things to note Please note the access to the annexe is up a fairly steep external flight of stairs. We are a busy family of 5 and are often in and out. The annexe is on our property so you may be aware of us coming and going but we will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. Also please note this is a quiet rural neighbourhood so please respect our neighbours and keep noise down when coming and going, especially at night. Many thanks.
