The Old Dairy Luxury self-catering annexe

The Old Dairy is a refurbished and modern annexe attached to a traditional Suffolk Farmhouse. We are set in beautiful gardens up a long private lane. The annexe is accessed via a private patio overlooking a moat and gardens. The setting is very peaceful. We are surrounded by farmland and footpaths. It’s the ideal location for a romantic getaway or for friends to use as a base to explore Constable country and the many cycle routes, footpaths & pubs. A private patio is perfect for Summer BBQs. The space I follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts. The annexe itself consists of: Open plan living / kitchen area - TV (smart TV, no terrestrial) - small dining area - oven/hob - fridge/freezer - double doors opening onto the private patio En suite bedroom/bathroom - super king bed (can be separated to two singles) - wardrobe - chest of drawers - bath - walk in shower We can supply a travel cot & high chair on request. There is no washing machine but again, washing can be done in the main house on request. We have an EV charger that can be used, with an honesty box system for payment. OUTSIDE The house has beautiful mature gardens that you can explore. The annexe has its own private terrace for guests to enjoy, overlooking a beautiful moat. There is garden furniture as well as a (small) BBQ (charcoal not provided). Guests can also make use of the tennis court . This is shared with ourselves so we can mutually agree timings of use and can lend rackets/balls. Guest access Beautiful mature gardens and moat, as well as a tennis court. There is plenty of off road parking. Other things to note We have a very friendly dog who may come for cuddles in the garden if she spots you!
