Welcome to my comfortable home in the North East, ideal for professional workers, holidaymakers, and those visiting family and friends. You will have exclusive use of the entire house allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay in complete privacy. Accommodation includes a spacious double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, making it suitable for couples, families, friends, or work colleagues. The space Home from home is just the place to relax after a busy day at work or an exciting day out in the fantastic North East. Relax in a lovely sun trap garden or stroll into Herrington Park with a stop off at the amazing Penshaw tea rooms, delicious bakery & butchers. Take a short stroll to The Stables pub (booking is advised if you plan to eat), excellent reviews from previous guests. Guests have full access to the modern kitchen and appliances, with dedicated cupboard and fridge space, as well as the living room, bathroom, and garden. The property is conveniently located with excellent access to Sunderland, Durham, and Newcastle. Local restaurants, cafés, shops, and amenities are nearby, and regular bus services are within easy walking distance. Whether you are visiting for work, exploring the North East, attending local events, enjoying the arts, searching for Seaham’s famous sea glass, or taking a refreshing walk or swim at Seaham Beach, this is an ideal base for your stay. Guest access Guests will have full exclusive use of my home & garden during their stay. There's an additional toilet downstairs. Other things to note My neighbours are just lovely, please have them in mind when residing in my home. Its not fair if they have to endure loud inconsiderate airbnb guests. Please consider utility bills and switch off unnecesary lights. Security light to the road entrance should be the only light left on when not in the property. Windows and doors should all be secured (locked/closed) when property is not occupied. TOWELS & BEDDING IS SUPPLIED, if you want to bring your own please let me know. Thank you for your support.
