Clematis Cottage Brancaster Staithe Dog friendly

The cottage has recently had a major refurbishment, new shower room and separate lavatory. There are marsh and sea views from the master bedroom, and a double and a twin room at the front Large Kitchen with full glass sliding wall onto 2 patios. Outside seating in an enclosed safe, dog proof garden. Air source heating has been installed so no fossil fuels are used and the cottage remains warm all the time. The sitting room has a working Victorian fireplace which makes it very cosy. The space The cottage has many quirky period features which I have blended with modern style and all of the amenities that we all take for granted now, a smart tv, , wi-fi, dishwasher, washer-dryer and completely new fully equipped kitchen. The glass sliding doors which make up the back of the kitchen and open onto the patios have integrated both spaces. I loved living there, even before all of the improvements.. There is off street parking across the road in a designated space. The walled front garden means that there is a safe space before the road. The Back garden has two patios and seating and is a great place to watch the sunset. Guest access The Cottage is let as a single entity so all areas will be for your exclusive use. PLEASE NOTE that Sunday change overs incur an extra £100 charge as cleaners are on double the hourly rate..Sorry Other things to note The area is noted for it's bird life, many migrants pass through or overwinter in the immediate area and one of my favourite site is of the thousands of pink feet geese passing over all winter long. In the summer both arctic and common terns nest on the bird reserve on Scolt Head island. The famous Titchwell RSPB reserve is only 5 miles along the coast where there are many hides from which to watch the waders and wildfowl.
