In the Heart of Beautiful Sussex

NEWLY REFURBISHED. The annexe is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meters with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us so best to have a car. The space We are situated in a semi rural location. Our guests will be able to enjoy and relax in the large garden near the pond, listen to the birds, watch the moor hens or the horses. The studio has its own little kitchen, a king size bed to spend a good night and a nice shower room. There is a large picnic table on the ground with a superb view on the fields around. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all the garden chairs. Other things to note There is a Nespresso coffee machine with a starting kit and a Tassimo machine. The oven is a Convection, Microwave and Grill.
