Our half-timbered house "Lieblingsplatz" is located in the beautiful, quiet district of Oberneuland. The former summer resort of Bremen merchants has become a relaxed living space in the countryside. New joins old, versatile gardens invite you to walks and bike tours. The artists' towns of Worpswede and Fischerhude are not far away and the quick trip to the coast lets you breathe in the North Sea air. The space We fulfilled our dream over 30 years ago with the purchase of our house from 1804. Over the years, the house has been lovingly restored and technically updated. The light-flooded, lockable apartment with wooden floors on the 2nd floor is about 90 m². A well-equipped kitchen for discerning cooks with a cozy dining area invites you to linger. You can relax in the large, comfortable bathroom with a floor-level shower and two sinks. A romantic bedroom with canopy bed (2 x 2 m), electrically adjustable slatted frames, good mattresses and radio with CD player. Relaxation CDs, cozy reading corner and PC workstation (free Wi-Fi) let you forget the hustle and bustle. Sofa bed for 2 guests is available in the living room as well as a flat-screen TV with satellite program. For bookworms there is a large lending library and for those interested in games there is a selection of board games on rainy days. The apartment is tasteful, with beautiful furniture, many artistic elements and accessories harmoniously decorated. Pictures by the painter Elin-Astrid Becker and the artist Ulrike Groß from Berlin complete the feel-good atmosphere. Immerse yourself in a world of beautiful impressions and thoughts. You can relax or work, just as you like. The detached house is surrounded by an extraordinary garden lovingly designed over the years: a paradise for photo friends and painters. Our pets live in the private living area. We cannot rule out the possibility that the furry friends will contact the guests. Friendly pets you bring are allowed by arrangement. This apartment is ideally suited for long-term stays due to the furnishings. Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor, is separated from the private area and accessible via a staircase with handrails on both sides.
