LIVE ON THE WATER AND RELAX ON THE ROOF TERRACE, GO FROM THE BUGTERRASSE DIRECTLY TO THE SEA BADEN OR TAKE A BOAT FROM THERE. STAND UP PADDLING, FISHING, SWIMMING FROM THE TERRACE, ALL THIS IS POSSIBLE. The space You will love our houseboat. It offers every comfort... via a large comfortable box spring bed with electrically adjustable head and foot parts, a roof terrace where you can relax, sunbathe, let the sunset affect you, barbecue or just enjoy the tranquility. Our houseboat is located on a quiet jetty only accessible to you, which only guests of the houseboats located there can use. The unobstructed view of the lake, to be able to enjoy the sun at any time of day, the local animals on site, all kinds of water sports via sup, boating, swimming as well as fishing is possible. The houseboat is equipped with a highly modern kitchen (hob, microwave/oven, kettle, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dishes etc.) everything you need if you want to feed yourself. Alternatively, shopping and very great restaurants are within walking distance. There are playgrounds, hiking trails, swimming pools and a sauna in the immediate vicinity. A large shower with rainbow show, sink, towel heater round off the feel-good feeling on the houseboat. A covered bug terrace where you can start or end the day, climb the swimming ladder into the lake via the swimming ladder, all this you can decide for yourself how you want to design the day. Of course, we offer satellite TV with which you can receive a wide variety of TV programs in various local languages. Freely available wifi to keep you in touch with your loved ones or business partners is there. We provide you with the towels and linen, a women's and a men's bike at your disposal so you can just enjoy your well-deserved vacation from the beginning. Our new houseboat sleeps up to 4 persons. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows will give you the feeling that you live in the middle of the lake. You'll be thrilled. Our houseboat is equipped with an air conditioner, which provides you with enough heat in the cold season so that you always feel safe. During the warm summer months you can use the air conditioning so you can find your peace at night. Our houseboat is equipped with insect windows and doors so that no nighttime no matter how to sleep. In addition, we have a very great harbor master on site who is here to help you every step of the way if you need help. Please note that the persons on the houseboat are always in the immediate vicinity of the water, you are well advised if you have a certain age and are able to swim.
