Single with shared bathroom in Farmhouse B&B

A small single room on the first floor. The room overlooks the garden and up to the stable yard. There is a twin bedroom just next door and these rooms share the bathroom which is just down the corridor. The space West Crudwell is a Cotswold country farmhouse situated in the midst of our 100 acre farm, together with cottages which are normally let on a long term basis. There are beautiful gardens, a hard tennis court and heated outdoor swimming pool (available by separate arrangement). Ample parking and stabling if required. We provide a full English breakfast and dinner is available with prior notice. We are on the Wiltshire/Gloucestershire border between Malmesbury, Tetbury and Cirencester - there is lots to do whatever your interests. We have the following accommodation available: Double with en-suite shower room and dressing area Double with private bathroom and separate loo Twin room and single room with shared bathroom Breakfast is generally served in our country style kitchen and sometimes in the dining room depending on how many people are staying. Guests do have use of a small private sitting room at one end of the house with fireplace and TV. There is access to an outdoor heated pool (summer only) and all-weather tennis court but this is by separate arrangement and may not be possible during your stay. Other things to note It is important to us that our guests have a good time and enjoy their stay. I am here to help. We have a lovely garden which we are happy for you to enjoy and the pool and tennis court are available by separate arrangement at either end of the day. Please note that I am only a bed and breakfast - not a hotel - and guests are not expected to use the house and grounds as a hotel (i.e. it is expected that you will be out of the house for the majority of the day). We have a very good pub in the village - The Potting Shed - advisable to book and The Rectory Hotel is also very good, close to the church with a beautiful garden. West Crudwell is very much our family home which I love sharing with our guests - the house has been in our family for almost 100 years. The location is good, well away from roads yet close by to the historic towns of Malmesbury, Tetbury and Cirencester - all those centres have wonderful places to eat and many points of interest.
