The space About the areas of the villa: - The villa has 2 levels of ground floor and floor with a total area of 145.02 square meters (72.51 sqm each level). - The four-bed room with the Jacuzzi is located on the ground floor of the villa, while the 3 double rooms are located on the first floor of the villa. - All rooms in the villa have a separate bathroom. - The living-dining room area consists of 2 small sofas, a dining table, a fireplace, and a 32'' smart TV. - Next to the living room, is the recently renovated kitchenette area, where there are filter & espresso coffee machines with free disposal of all kinds of coffee. There is also an electric small oven with a capacity of 42 liters with 3 burners, cooking utensils as well as all the infrastructure to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner with your own ingredients - products. - The villa has a two-door refrigerator with a freezer. - The courtyard area has a table with seats and a shade umbrella, where you can enjoy an excellent view of the natural landscape of the mountains of Zagori. - Fast Wi-Fi speed. Guest access Guests can access the house via the main entrance. Guests can self check in and easily complete check-in with the lockbox. Other things to note - The heating method for all areas is with an oil radiator. - The nearest supermarket is in Ioannina. So, if you need products, it would be good to get them from Ioannina, as there is no mini market or grocery store in the area. - The payment amount includes a climate crisis tax, in accordance with Greek State Law No. 5073/2023.
