The space Cozy nest and design in full sky, this large atypical living space with open views of the rooftops of Paris make it a warm and extremely pleasant home to live in. Thanks to its location on the top floor and overlooking the courtyard, calm and brightness are at the rendezvous! Completely renovated by architect in 2016, everything is new and thought harmoniously with quality details and services. Guest access You will have access to our entire home with the exception of a locked room. In the kitchen/dining room, are at your disposal: oven, stovetop, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle... In the living room, you can enjoy a hi-fi system, a projector with large screen, and underfloor heating if necessary. On the mezzanine, the master bedroom hosts a 140cm double bed with views of the stars! This space is open to the great living room. In the office, a pull-out bed can accommodate 1 or 2 additional people. This space can be separated from the rest of the apartment by curtains. In the Bathroom, in addition to the choice between bathtub and shower, you'll find a washing machine, anti-fog mirror and underfloor heating. An ironing board and iron are at your disposal if needed as well as a dressing room ready to welcome your belongings. We leave at your disposal products of 1st necessity to start your stay and thus enjoy the apartment. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. PLEASE NOTE THAT PARTIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. WE ALSO ASK YOU TO THINK ABOUT NEIGHBORS PAYING ATTENTION TO NOISE AFTER 10PM!! The building is audible, neighbours can hear easily. Other things to note BEWARE the NEIGHBORHOOD!! For obvious reasons of promiscuity with the neighbors, parties are prohibited and we ask you not to make noise after 10pm!! Beware of the sound when watching big screen movies, if it's too loud, it becomes a nuisance for the neighbours below! The staircase without handrails and the mezzanine do not have enough safety features for small children. Parents' Appreciation! The apartment is located on the 4th floor and does not have an elevator. It is located at the end of a typical Parisian cul-de-sac and completely renovated with access code to both doors.
