The property is within walking distance of the historic town of Wallingford with its beautiful castle ruins, pubs & local amenities with walks along the river Thames. The space Set within the grounds of a beautiful Grade II listed cottage, this private cottage is ideal for a couple, families and solo visitors. The gated driveway offers private off street parking space in front of the cottage and is accessible for both wheelchair users and pushchairs. As you enter the cottage there is a small hallway/entrance area, leading to a large oak framed master bedroom with vaulted ceiling a great offering to a bright and spacious room. The main living area comprises of a lounge dinner with bifold doors looking into the grounds and a separate entrance to its own private patio. The cottage is light, airy, spacious and offers underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The very large master bedroom with king size bed, leads to a large en-suite bathroom (including walk-in shower/separate bath) and plenty of space for storage. The second bedroom is located up a short flight of stairs above the living area and includes two single beds with storage space. The modern kitchen with granite worktops leads off from the living room and includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.
