Guest house "Father's Eaves" is located at the foot of the Balkan Mountains near one of its most beautiful parts, the Central Balkan National Park. Within a 30-minute drive there are many starting points for mountain crossings and eco trails, one of which leads to the Kozia Stena reserve. The house is located 7 km from the town of Troyan, famous for its history, culture and authentic cuisine. The Troyan Monastery, the third largest in Bulgaria, is only 20 minutes away by car. The space The "paternal eaves" is a place where everyone returns when they want to feel the warmth and comfort of home. For thegreater comfort of our guests, we have a hot jacuzzi which is used only by them. In the period June 15 - September 15, the "Lake" swimming pool, built according to patented Italian technology, can also be used. The pool has many areas for relaxation and lounging as well as underwater hydromassage. The water is naturally heated by the sun thanks to the natural flooring and is purified by salt electrolysis. The pool is located in the neighboring yard and is shared. Open from June 15 to September 15 from 10:00 to 18:00. Guest access The house has two floors. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room has a large open designer fireplace and upholstered furniture. A bathroom that serves the dining room. On the first floor there is one room with two single beds and a private bathroom. There are 4 more bedrooms on the second floor. Two rooms are triple and two more are double. Three of the rooms have their own terrace. Each room has its own bathroom. Other things to note The house is a smoke-free place and smoking is prohibited indoors. We kindly ask all smokers to comply and smoke in the designated areas of the yard. The house is located in a residential area, so we ask guests to be considerate and observe the rest hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am so as not to make loud noise.
