"The property is located in a villa area, the safest and quietest district of Regensburg. The property can only be reached via a private road. The road is only accessible to residents. If you want, you can park on the property for 15 euros per day. Electric vehicles can refuel for an additional charge. Free parking is nearby. Visitors staying longer than 3 hours in the property must be booked as additional guests. Guest access own apartment Other things to note The apartment consists of 2 rooms and a bathroom. Room 1: Bedroom with 1 double bed plus bunk beds and a single bed. Room 2: Kitchen/living room (if necessary, additional double slatted frame with mattress (160 x 200 cm) To get from Room 1 to the bathroom, you have to go through Room 2. In the living room there are 2 couches which can be converted into sofa beds (140 x 200 cm each). There is also a double slatted frame with a double mattress. In addition, 2 single mattresses
