A little bit of Paris suite in heart of Kennebunk

Situated within a short walk to beautiful downtown Kennebunk, this cozy private bedroom & bathroom has its own private entrance and street-side parking directly in front of your first floor unit. Formerly an 1890 bed & breakfast, my Inn is best described as a boutique-style motel. I have 4 private units on one side and my living space on the other. This unit is freshly painted and furnished with a mix of antique & new with a Paris theme. The space The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee station and breakfast nook. The private bathroom with shower and tub is accessed thru a small 3 foot private attached hallway. I provide the beginner small toiletries in case you forgot yours and also Keurig coffee pods and necessities. Plates, bowls, glasses & utensils for two are also provided for small meals. I also have beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, an iron & board as well as umbrella for your use. Save yourself some luggage & car space as you don’t need to pack these items. The TV is a Roku and provides some free programming and you can also login to your personal Netflix, Amazon, Hulu or other streaming apps. I provide a beach parking pass which is a value of $25 per day. The beach parking pass is for Kennebunk town beaches only which include Gooch/Kennebunk beach and Mother's beach, two beautiful beaches that are a 5 mile drive from my home. I share my rustic backyard with a "camping vibe" with my guests and enjoy chats by the fire or over a morning coffee. The hot tub for two is privately shaded with a canopy tent. A griddle grill, patio dining set and sun loungers are also part of the backyard amenities. Guest access Your room & bath is yours privately with your own entrance and parking in front of your room. Your room has a digital lock with code provided on your day of check-in. Three other rooms share the street-side parking. This listing is on the first floor. I live on the other side of the Inn. At times you may be the only guests or during peak weekends, you will meet the guests from the other units packing for their beach day or sitting in the yard for morning coffee or an evening fire. I love sharing my backyard for fires, grilling, chatting, cocktails & the hot tub. Other things to note No smoking in or around any of the units. Smoking is permitted at the fire-pit in the backyard.
