This comfortable vacation home is located on the edge of the forest, within walking distance of the center of De Koog, within 10 minutes walking from the beach and close to hiking and cycling trails. The space The living room has a dining area and sitting area. The sitting area has a sofa, two armchairs, TV and radio. From the dining and sitting area, there is a view of the terrace and the communal garden. The kitchen is equipped with all basic necessities and furnished with a 4-burner gas stove, fridge with freezer, kettle and coffee maker. On the ground floor is the bathroom, with toilet, walk-in shower and towel radiator. From the hall, you can reach the upper floor with two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with two single duvets, a closet and sink. The second bedroom has two single beds, a closet and a sink. The beds are made upon arrival. The terrace can be reached from the living room. The terrace is south-facing and furnished. Energy label: C Other things to note Due to the rules of the local government, babies also count as guests and tourist tax (€2.60 per night, per baby) must also be paid for this, this can still be settled at check-in. The maximum number of people (including baby(s)) for this accommodation is four people. 4 adults/children + 1 baby is therefore not allowed.
